Honoring the best in us
Highlighting the annual Anthony Higginbotham Award (AHA)
During his 17 years at Pathfinders, Anthony Higginbotham embodied the values that this company embraces, among them collaboration, resourcefulness, open-mindedness, and inclusivity. He was a loyal friend who attended co-workers’ art openings and weddings, enthusiastically participated in office Halloween contests, and listened to others without judgment. Anthony was quick to laugh and easy to love.
After his sudden passing in 2023, we looked for a way to honor him and the values he brought with him wherever he went. The AHA is granted annually to pay tribute to our friend by honoring the best in us.

Andrew Sears
Associate Creative Director
“If I could, I would nominate Andrew Sears for sainthood. He exemplifies our core belief of Mutualism, just like Anthony did. Not only is he supportive, collaborative, inclusive, and tirelessly resourceful, he is palpably, effortlessly kind. Every workplace should have an Andrew Sears, and every universe should, too.”
